· Crunches - crunches can be performed in several ways. You can do the traditional where you usually perform it on the floor, or a different way; but whatever technique you want to use, they would surely target the fat found in your mid-section.

· Interval training - an effective training in burning fat, which involves an alternate workout of intense and light activities.
